Booking Your Airport Transfer Made Easy
You can order an airport transfer in three different ways explained here below.
Online Booking
The first, and fastest option, is to book your airport transfer directly online on our website. All of our available vehicles are displayed for your review and you can also compute the exact rate of your requested airport transfer using the online simulator.
You can fill out all the information of your trip (flight details, requested vehicle(s), drop-off location..) directly on our platform in a few minutes. Once you’ve confirmed your choices, we will then reach out to you rapidly by mail or by phone with a confirmation of the service & send you a summary of your trip alongside your chauffeur’s contact information. If there is any missing or unclear information, a member from our dispatch team will inform you directly.
Booking by Mail
You can book an airport transfer by sending us an email at contact@lorenz-rochat.ch. We will generally reply within 30 minutes maximum, less if the transfer is taking place the same day. Once again, a member from our dispatch team will check that all the required information is present and will then reply with confirmation & chauffeur’s details. Most chauffeured limousine airport transfer requests we receive are by mail so we are generally very quick in replying.
Booking over the Phone
The least used option, booking over the phone is nevertheless an accepted booking method although we prefer the previous two (we like receiving & providing written confirmation of our airport transfer services). Call us at +41 22 741 13 13 at any time to book your chauffeured limousine at the airport. For first-time clients, we generally request that the payment be done onsite through our driver, as a security measure. Have you just arrived or need taking to Geneva Airport, for example? Just call us & we will organise your transfer!
Payment of our airport services is usually done through a secure link sent to you by mail; alternatively, it is possible to pay on the day of the service, either by credit card or in cash. Do let us know of your preferred payment method so we can inform the driver.

Our Airport Process
Our drivers follow a procedure for airport services to ensure their success. Prior to your airport transfer, we generally ask for your contact number so our driver can inform you by text message that he is waiting for you. For airport arrivals, drivers will monitor your flight’s exact arrival time and will organise themselves accordingly. Whether your flight arrives early or is severely delayed, your chauffeur will always be ready at the arrival’s hall to greet you. He will have a signboard that displays your name or, if this was requested beforehand, will display any other name or logo that is preferred. Once you have found your driver, he will help you with your luggage & accompany you to your limousine.
Our Drivers
All our drivers are locally-sourced & have been carefully selected based on their experience & professionalism. Fully bilingual in either French & English (for the French-speaking part of Switzerland) or in German & English (for the German-speaking part), our driver’s knowledge means you will be taken by the quickest and most efficient route to your destination. Furthermore, our drivers are well-versed with private jet arrivals - they are required to monitor private flight arrivals 2 hours prior to the expected arrival time.

Our fleet is composed of different categories of sedans (standard, luxury or VIP), minivans and sprinters. All our limousines are black long-wheel base models that are regularly maintained. They are specially-equipped with complimentary Evian water bottles, Oshibori refreshing hand wipes & unlimited Swiss Wifi. As a result of the ongoing global pandemic, our vehicles are additionally fitted with a plexiglass separation between the passenger & driver area (though this can be removed if requested) while hydroalcoholic gels & facemasks are also available.
Special Amenities & Requirements
Lorenz & Rochat Limousines can organise special amenities in your chauffeured limousine to make your airport transfer all the more special. We can organise champagne, chocolates, floral decorations and more to be placed in your limousine.
Are you traveling with small children? Let us know so our driver can equip the car with a suitable & safe child seat. Did you choose one of our luxury minivans? If so, please note that you can have the rear seating configuration to be facing each other (club seats) or facing the road depending on your preferences. Please let us know what you prefer & we can gladly rearrange the seating (for free of course!).
Finally, if you want the driver of your airport transfer to speak a certain language (or alternatively a driver who doesn’t speak your language), please inform us before the start of the service.
